Germany Registration Process
Step 1 — Receive Your Vehicle Documents
After purchasing your M1PS, you will receive the original COC certificate. The COC confirms:
- Vehicle category: L3e-A1
- Maximum speed: 80 km/h

- EU type approval information
Step 2 — Obtain Motorcycle Insurance
Before registration, you need German motorcycle liability insurance (Motorrad Haftpflichtversicherung).
Your insurance provider will issue an:

Step 3 — Visit Your Local Registration Office
Visit your local German vehicle registration authority (Zulassungsstelle) with the following documents:

We offer a limited warranty of 12-18 months covering all Mangosteen electric bicycles. We warrant that all components and parts are free from defects in materials, quality, and workmanship. If any such problems are found during the warranty period, we will provide replacement parts free of charge. The warranty automatically takes effect from the date you receive your electric bicycle (no registration required) and terminates immediately upon the expiration of the warranty period.
