Discreet package

We value your privacy and will try our best we can to protect your privacy.All orders will be packaged in a plain package, such as umarked brown box or bubble envelop. There would be products inforamion listed in shipping labels. The others cannot tell what is inside from the package. For the return addressif required on shipping label, it will only be shown as Mangosteen. No orders details like product really name displayed on your package.

Processing time

Mangosteen is commited to process your orders as soon as we can to help you get the items eailer. The order of payment completed before 3:00 pm will be shipped on the same business day. The order of payment completed after 3:00 shall be prostoned to the next business day. For example, the order of payment completed ater 3:00 pm on Friday will be shipped on next Monday.

Free US shipping

Free shipping is avaible for orders over $50 shipped in Conteinental U.S.(Alaska, Hawaii and US territories excluded). Expedited shipping services like Fedex are also avaible for choice, but you need to pay the extra charge.

Shipping Carriers

The shipping carriers are choosed depend on size, weight or carrier shipping schedule, generally USPS or UPS. You can choose Fedex as fasters shipping choice with extra charge.

The esmitated standard delivery time for domestic shipping as follows:

UPS Ground: 2-5 business days

USPS First Class Mail: 1-3 business days

USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days

USPS Parcel Post: 2-9 business days

we can’t gurantee the delivery time, but we will try our best to ship your items out asap and help you solve it together when items delieved over time

International Shipping

For the international shipping, the supported county to will be listed on the checkout page. If you can’t find your country in this list, please contact us via email Contact@Mangosteenescooter.Com. We will put it on record and try to add it later if possible.

International shipping generally take 7-21 days to be delivered, depending on different countires. The shipping charge will caculated at checkout.

International buyers should check the Customs/Duties and International Transportation Laws regarding the somking products, and Mangosteen is not responsible for items seized or destroyed by custom or lost package by local postal service.

Undeliverable Issues

This rarely happens. The items can’t be delivered successfuly and returned to our wareshouse finally. It may caused by incorrect address, too big items accepted by PO box, damaged during transit, or other transportation & address problems.

If a package is returned to our wareshouse, we will contact you via email and arrange the full refund( the additional shipping cost will be deducted).

If you find your package is on the way to return to our wareshouse, you need to wait a little bit. We can only arrange refund until we receive this package. You can place a new order if you still want it and be careful to avoid the undeliverable issues occur again.

Items not received

If you find your package is marked as delivered but you actually don’t receive it, please contact the local carrier branch to solve it. The carriers should take the responsibility because of the shippment contact signed between the carriers and us. You are welcome to contact us via onlince chat and we are happy to assiting you to get it solved.

Attention：

Because of the Chinese New Year, Mangosteen will be on holiday from February 3, 2024 to February 17, 2024.

To ensure a smooth shopping experience for our customers, Mangosteen will resume normal shipping on February 18, 2024.

Orders placed after February 3rd, 2024 will be shipped on or after February 18, 2024. The estimated delivery time will be delayed by 15 days.
